The Arriva Nederland app provides essential tools for planning your journey with public transportation in the Netherlands in real time.

Current Departure Times 
This feature allows users to check the exact departure times for buses and trains at nearby stops and stations, or from frequently used locations. The app aggregates departure information from all public transport providers across the country.

Save Your Journey and Receive Notifications 
Users can easily save travel plans and opt to receive notifications regarding their journeys. This ensures that you are immediately informed about any delays, with alerts sent 15 minutes prior to departure. Additionally, reminders are provided for important stops or check-out points. For those who prefer fewer notifications, customizable settings allow for selective alerts.

Favorite Locations 
Planning a quick trip to common destinations such as home or work is streamlined within the app. Users can assign custom names to their preferred addresses, making them easily accessible from the main screen. Traveling with an E-Ticket 
The app simplifies the process of purchasing e-tickets for all Arriva journeys directly from the trip planner. Once acquired, tickets can be stored within the app, eliminating the need for printing and facilitating immediate travel.

Nearby OV-chipkaart Points 
For users concerned about low balances on their OV-chipkaart, the app provides easy access to nearby charging points. It includes walking directions on a map or allows users to plan a journey to reach a recharge station.
